Bentonite is a clay-like naturally occurring mineral fining agent that removes positively charged particles from your wine. To get rid of the haze, add prior to your primary fermentation process.
Recommended Usage: Mix 2-2.5 teaspoons into boiling water until thoroughly dissolved. Let the solution stand for about an hour before mixing into your wine. During the primary fermentation process, allow it to set for another week or two before racking.
