We want you to feel confident with your purchase so within 30 days of purchase we offer a simple, easy return policy.
We offer a full refund on un-used returns minus the actual cost of return shipping.
If you need to start a return please start the process by clicking the link below, you must use this form to start the process. We will issue an RMA to start the process. We will need this RMA, any returns without an RMA will be rejected.
Beer Recipe Kit GuaranteeWe are so confident in our award winning beer recipe kits that if you brew one and don't like it, we will replace it.
YeastWe always recommend you do a yeast starter. We will gladly replace yeast if it's not viable but will not replace a beer recipe if it doesn't ferment.
What items can be returned?We will accept all non-perishable items back.
Can I return used equipment?We only stock quality equipment from the most trusted brands but If you are not fully satisfied with your equipment after using it we can offer you to the ability to return with a 30% restocking fee.
Brew SystemsWe do not accept any returns on large or custom order brew systems such as the Spike Electric system, Sabco and Breweasy.
If you need to cancel your order please call us at 1-877-800-2294 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
If an order has not shipped by the time we make contact, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped we cannot recall it. It will be delivered and handled as a Order Return as outlined in our Return Policy.
Warranty Issues, Damages and Incorrect Orders
If in the first 30 days of receipt of your order you find your order is incorrect or contains damaged goods, we will ensure the issue is corrected. Just call us at 1-877-800-2294 or e-mail at email@example.com. We strive to contact everyone back within one business day.
We ask that our customers please e-mail photos of damaged items to assist us in both the claims process and assist us in making Homebrew Supply better by improving our shipping practices and that of our shipping carriers. We will require photos in most cases to issue a new product or refund for damaged goods.
In the event we need to re-ship you a product due to it being wrong or defective, we will issue you a RMA, pre-paid shipping label and then ship immediately your replacement once we get notice the wrong/damaged product is back in route to us.
We maintain active pursuit of competitive pricing to offer you the lowest prices possible. So we are often adjusting pricing as well as creating new products. As such with human error, we sometimes add incorrect pricing to our website and reserve the right to not be held liable for grossly misprinted prices where we would take a loss to honor.
We Pay What You Pay
Unlike some other retailers, we provide you the exact shipping quote we pay to ship, no upcharge. The shipping rates you get quoted on checkout are pulled straight from the carrier at our discounted rates. They factor in dimensions and weight of the shopping cart and their API produces the rate live. Usually we end up paying more then what was quoted due to packing material forcing us to use larger boxes. Homebrew is not an easy hobby to fulfill but we do it with a smile. On rare occasion when we add a new product, we might get the dimensions and weight wrong which could show incorrect pricing for shipping, so if you suspect shipping does not seem right please contact us.
Same Day Shipping
All orders received by 11am CST will be shipped same day, Mon- Fri.
On some events such as site-wide sales there may be a delay on typical shipping turnaround. During this time we make every effort to ship as soon as possible.
Some large items we stock ship from a separate warehouse, so in some rare cases same-day shipping might not apply. We'll tell you when that's the case.
Flat Rate & Free Shipping
Some items on Homebrew Supply receive $7.99 flat-rate or free shipping. However, these only apply to the continental US (Sorry Alaska, Hawaii, and territories), we also do not ship free or flat-rate to PO Boxes.
We ship most orders FedEx or USPS with transit times being around 1 - 4 business days depending on where we’re delivering.
We ship from just South of Austin, Texas so orders in the Northwest can expect longer lead times.
We do not offer shipping to military addresses at this time. Being only a year old it's high on list of goals but the logistics of shipping is tough with it being like shipping International.
We ship all liquid yeast with complimentary ice packets.
Because we want your yeast to reach you alive we do not ship yeast on Fridays to avoid a longer transit time. BUT if you’re in a rush, just drop us a line.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Missing packages aren't awesome, but things do happen on rare occasion.
First, be sure to confirm your shipping address, look for a delivery confirmation, and check with neighbors to see if they possibly accepted your package.
If your package is a no-show 36 hours from delivery date please contact us.
Lost packages we will help resolve as we have recourse with FedEX and USPS.
Stolen packages we cannot replace unless you select Signature delivery.
Alaska & Hawaii
Free shipping, flat-rate shipping and any shipping specials do not apply to AK and HI.
If you have an emergency or special request shoot us an email. We’re happy to accommodate our fellow brewers!
We do not offer International Shipping at this point in time.
