Jockey Box, Build Your Own! Jockey Box, Build Your Own! Build your own Single Faucet Jockey Box using the cooler you like! A jockey box allows you to dispense your beer from a keg by having beer pass through the cold plate inside of an ice chest. The large aluminum plate is a more efficient way to cool the beer than icing down the entire keg. The cold plate has 12 feet of 1/4" stainless steel line inside. With only one line running in the plate it should keep up well for your cooling needs. A 15/16 Hole saw should be used to drill the holes in your cooler for the shank in the front and the pass through in the back. This kit is assembled in the United States using a USA made cold plate! Other components are a mix of domestic and foreign. All components are extremely high quality. It is recommended that you keep the cold plate on ice, but out of the water. We have an optional rack available for this purpose. ***Note for "Connections to rear hose" This option could be a little confusing. Basically, there are four choices. Two of the choices are for adding homebrew disconnects to the end of the hose coming out of the back. You can choose between ball lock or pin lock. The other two choices are both for adding a beer nut and tailpiece to the end of the hose for use with a commercial style beer coupler (like a Sanke D). These parts will be added and clamped on the hose when you choose one of them. JB600-BYO 149.95 149.95
