Directions:

  • Heat 1 gallon of pasteurized milk to 86F then add the packet's contents in and mix thoroughly. Let it set at room temperature for 12 hours or until it thickens. Ladle curd into your butter muslin lined mold, then hang and drain for 6-12 hours and refrigerate.
