Imperial's Whiteout strain produces a wonderful balance of spicy phenolic and estery characteristics which makes it the perfect choice for Beglian Wit's and other light colored Belgian Ales. This strain is rather flocculent during fermentaion but often finishes on the lower side and may take longer to ferment completely out than comparable strains.
