A classic combination of Centennial and Cascade aroma hops gives this beer a distinct citrus profile that many associate with their favorite IPAs.

The addition of Munich malt in this IPA provides more character to the beer, rather than just the classic caramel vs. hops battle that we see overplayed in many hastily made IPAs. The addition of the Munich malt creates Melanoidins, which give the beer a wonderful bready, biscuit-like character. Utilizing these compounds with either Munich malt or Vienna Malt is a great way to give your IPAs a whole new quality and uniqueness.
