The Lalvin ICV D-47 Wine Yeast is great at fermenting white wines and with a 12-14% alcohol tolerance it can dry out a white easy. It creates a superior mouthfeel in dry whites and blush wines. It also does well in meads provided you use a yeast supplement.
Usage: Ideal Temperature: 59°- 68° F. Expect a moderate amount of flocculation.
