Directions:

  • Dissolve 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of powder in 1/4 cup of cool water for 30 minutes before using. Add your milk in just before adding the rennet and adjust the amount used for the desired taste (not to exceed 1/4 teaspoon per 2 gallons of milk).
