This blend has a wide range of fermentation temperatures and high attenuation causing it to finish very dry, so we recommend using flaked oats if you desire more body. It will not produce much “funk” or acidity, even when aging for extended periods of time. This blend pairs particularly well with fruity aroma hops to make distinctive IPA's and pale ales.
