Red Star Cote Des Blancs is great for fermenting Chardonnays, Rieslings, Meads, Ciders, Grape, and Fruit Wines although it does it a bit slowly considering it's a slow fermenting yeast. It provides a fruity aroma and taste while topping out at 12-14% alcohol content.
Usage: Ideal Temperature: 50°- 80° F. Expect low flocculation and foam production.
